In Person Training
Face to face personal training sessions in Edinburgh, based out of Meadowbank Edinburgh Leisure. You do not need to be a member of the gym to train with me.
Your personal training will also include access to my app, where your customised training plan and nutrition will be available aswell as a weekly check in. All to help keep you accountable and reach your goals.
I tailor our personal training sessions to you, to help you reach your goals and become fully confident in the gym.

Online Training
You don’t have to be based in Edinburgh to work with me. I offer online coaching where I remotely work with you & tailor both your nutrition and training to maximise your results in the gym.
You get unrestricted access to me via whats app and your fitness app for extra support. I become your PT in your pocket!
You also have an in depth weekly video check in and regular scheduled calls, to help keep you accountable, to make sure you are on track and progressing towards your goals.

Pre & Post Natal
Whether you are newly pregnant or years post partum, I have the qualifications and experience to train you.
Remove the risks from training whilst pregnant and know what you are doing is going to keep you safe and strong.
Everyone’s post partum journey is different, whatever your goals I can help you achieve them.

Pairs Training
Pairs training is a great option if you want to start a fitness journey with a friend or loved one. You can support each other providing motivation and laughs, whilst also being a handy way to split the cost.
Your pairs training will also include joint access to my app, where both of your customised training plans and nutrition will be available. As well as a weekly check in. All to help keep you accountable and reach your goals.
