A Bit About Me
I am originally from Australia but have lived in Edinburgh since 2012, so i am practically Scottish now. haha
My background, which took me into fitness, came from having an eating disorder. I have never been overweight, I haven’t had that struggle, but I have had a very bad relationship with both my body and food.
To be at a place now where I LOVE food, LOVE training and most importantly LOVE myself is incredible.
I help women feel confident in the gym, transform their bodies as well as their relationship with food whilst creating long term sustainable habits, which lead to long term results.
